05 Jan, 2026Tried to contact them regarding a refund request for tuition fees and insurance that haven’t been paid to the school, as the visa didn’t go through due to Australia tightening its border. However, there’s been no response, even though they’ve read the messages on WhatsApp and Messenger. I also attempted to email them using the address listed on the website, but the email address turned out to be invalid.
